Default what can say about separation modeling of compressible flows in OF?

immortality is on a distinguished road
as i know there is no low-Re compressible turbulent model in OF.
Then how can have a true model in cases of adverse pressure and separation flows that are essentially turbulent and need low-Re mesh?
Has anyone any experience or thought?
