Can anyone tell me about Helyx OS and if it has any limitations at all??If so exatly what they are and where I can get to know about them.Thanks a lot for your help and kind gesture.

Hello,
Helyx OS is Open-source Graphical User Interface (GUI) or "Open Source" Edition of the commercial Helyx Software https://engys.com/products "this free of charge Software" has limitations compared to "commerical Software"

there is a Gui tool that also deals with FSI

as far as I know you can ask for a limited licence for the time of your thesis from "Dr. Heck"

it uses "preCICE (Precise Code Interaction Coupling Environment) is a coupling library for partitioned multi-physics simulations" see https://www.precice.org/codes/ which does the mapping from CFD 2 FEM

there is a "FSI-Toolkit" completely OF-extend based

Thank you sir.This help was highly appreciated.Actually I wanted to use OpenFOAM at first but with GUI due to time constraints and then move on to the real thing in Masters.Unfortunately I could not talk with the representatives of DHCAE online through mail as after providing a reply they closed the discussion when I wanted to proceed.

So I moved onto Salome-CFD.I am currently using that.Pray for my success.
