inclusion non-linear source term

Hi everyone,

Is it not possible in openfoam to solve a non-linear source term, as i read in few threads usually source term is converted to linear and then solved.
I am new to openfoam so someone please put some light on this subject

Hi shash,

This is indeed how it is usually done. It is simply impossible include a non-linear source term implicitly in the linear system of equations of the finite-volume CFD.

Cheers,

Lieven
