How to introduce my desired fully developed Boundary Condition?

Hello guys,

I am working on simulation of wind flow over complicated terrains. In my case, I want the flow become fully developed in all aspects in the inlet. Right now, I can give my velocity inlet as a fully developed profile by using atmBoundaryLayerInletVelocity but, since I am using Komega-sst model, I do not want to use constant inlet BC for my K equation and Omega equation. so the question is:

How can I have a fully developed K and Omega profile in the inlet BC?

I know extension of domain is a possible method but, how can I do that by introducing an equation for BC? or a user defined function instead of BC? Or it can be better if I can introduce a file which I give my desired inlet values as inlet BC? the last option would be the best but I do not know how to do it.

I am a beginner in OpenFOAM and I appreciate if you guys help me with this :)

Thanks,
Milad
