How can I force Openfoam to do not write Phi, U_0 and phi_0 as output?

Change:
Code:
IOobject::AUTO_WRITE
to
Code:
IOobject::NO_WRITE
in the solver for the fields of interest (or disinterest, as the case may be). Recompile in your user directory and test.

Hi,

@opedrofunk: In general these fields come not from solver but from discretisation of time derivatives. So, modifiations of the solver in general will not help.

@hambo you can disable all output (setting outputInterval to rather large value, larger than endTime) and use writeRegisteredObject function object to write the fields of interest. Though, I guess, it can cause difficulties upon simulation restart.

hjasak will become famous soon enough
You should not really do that. You are running second order in time and without second old-time fields (_0) you cannot do a precise restart.
