Hello foamers

I am simulating fluid flow in a pipe using icoFoam. I have a question about boundary conditions for inlet and outlet, following is my current setup:

0/p >>>

outlet
{
type fixedValue;
value uniform 0;
}
inlet
{
type oscillatingFixedValueOffset;
refValue uniform 1;
offset 3;
amplitude 2.0;
frequency 1.35;
}

0/U >>

outlet
{
type convectiveOutlet;
convectiveVelocity uniform 0.8;
ddtScheme Euler;
}
inlet
{
type zeroGradient;
}

My problem is the velocity profile remains constant throughout the channel. (fully developed)
