Hello All,

Is the Green-Gauss Node-Based gradient evaluation in Fluent (where the face value is computed by the arithmetic average of the nodal values on the face) is equivalent to the standard Gauss linear gradient discretization scheme in OpenFOAM? Can someone please let me know.

Hi kishpishar,

i am facing the same problem in fluent when i switch Green-Gauss Cell-Based gradient to Green-Gauss Node-Based gradient then the Average Nusselt number increases to 15%,
now i am looking for gradient scheme in OpenFOAM equivalent to Green-Gauss Node-Based gradient.

is there any alternate of Green-Gauss Cell-Based gradient Scheme in OpenFOAM?

please help me.

Thank you
