hi
I have questions regarding solver pimplefoam.I want to solve TJunction.
1. Which problems can be solved with pimpleFoam? What is important in solving this kind of problem?
2. What are the inlets and outlets solver?

1. From this page http://www.openfoam.org/features/standard-solvers.php

"Large time-step transient solver for incompressible, flow using the PIMPLE (merged PISO-SIMPLE) algorithm"

transient means non-steady state with respect to time so some variables in the system change like pressure and temperature. TJunction is a tutorial and on linux you would just type blockMesh and then pimpleFoam.

2. Not sure what you mean, did you mean inlet? outlet? I'm pretty sure all the foam solvers are capable of systems with an inlet and outlet.
