Centrifugal pump OpenFOAM, convergence problem, ANSA model

I would like to ask your help about a convergence problem I am facing.
The model I would like to solve is the centrifugal pump made by following the ANSA tutorial CFD batch mesh pump http://docs6.chomikuj.pl/2033573733,...h_mesh_cfd.pdf
The mesh quality should not be a problem since I used the one made by ANSA.
The fvSchemes and fvSolution are the one of the OpenFOAM tutorial mixerVessel2D.
I am trying to reach convergence with the laminar model, then I will use a turbulence model.
I get pressure residuals very high and even after many iterations they do not get smaller.
I think the problem is in the boundary conditions, I was told to impose flow rate as inlet and fixedValue pressure as outlet.
I enclose my boundary conditions and all the dictionaries, I would very appreciate any clue.
