Can view factor model NOT be used in 2D?

Hi,

Today I just try out the view factor model with a very simple 2D case, which is just an equilateral rectangle with all the four walls constant temperature.

It seems that when there is a ‘empty’ bc for Qr, the utility ‘viewFactorsGen’ crashes. But if I change the case to 3D, it works!

So does anybody have ever sucessfully run view factor model in 2D?
