Yuby Member Rubén Join Date: Oct 2014 Location: Munich Posts: 47 Rep Power: 11	Hi FOAMers! I have a question for everybody who understand turbulence better than me. If I know well, standard k-omega model is a low-Re model, because it doesn't need wall function, and the mesh must be very discretized next to the wall so as to get the laminar sub-layer. If you look at the manual of OpenFOAM http://www.openfoam.org/features/RAS.php you will see that it is specified as a High Re turbulence model. Can anyone explain this to me? Thanks!!!
