mapFields - C7H16 loss

Hi,
I am working on sprayEngineFoam in OF 2.3. I have a simple engine geometry with liner, piston, chamber_roof and intake port with no valves. I have a completed case from 80° to 180° with injection at 142°, and then i tried to map the fields to a new geometry for the compression stroke (i.e) without any intake ports. The mapping process is successfull, all the fields looks fine, but there seems to be a loss only in C7H16, N2, O2, H20 at 181°. I have attached both the pictures, could somebody please help me. |
