Hello,
I'm trying to solve a self-made case for the uniform flow around a cylinder. My boundary conditions are the following: left: one face of 3m with inlet with second face of 1m atmosphere right: same as left but then outlet bottom: no-slip wall sides: slip wall cylinder: no-slip wall top: atmosphere But when solving a strange thing happens at the outlet. I use an inlet velocity of 1m/s but the water height seems to be decreasing in the end (see figure). What can be the cause of this? |
