IvanD is on a distinguished road
I am running a simulation of a spilway in OpenFOAM 2.1.0.
But I run with InterFoam, the solution doesn't converge.

FoamFile
{
version 2.0;
format ascii;
class dictionary;
location "system";
object controlDict;
}

application interFoam;

startFrom latestTime;

startTime 0;

stopAt endTime;

endTime 30;

deltaT 0.001;

writeControl adjustableRunTime;

writeInterval 0.05;

purgeWrite 0;

writeFormat ascii;

writePrecision 6;

writeCompression uncompressed;

timeFormat general;

timePrecision 6;

runTimeModifiable yes;

adjustTimeStep on;

maxAlphaCo 1;

maxDeltaT 1;

#include "forceCoeffs"
}

I don't think the problem is the mesh, because I believe I did well.

I'm practicing an example of this page: https://www.hpc.ntnu.no/display/hpc/...llway+Tutorial , but for me it doesn't work, can be the version of OpenFOAM.
