Default RSM turbulence model challanges in OP

Hello friends!
I actually need some help and experiences about using LRR (or SGG or RSM models commonly) in OP. my challenges are :
1. why it is needed to calculate wallDist? and the what about its method ( passion or advectionDiffusion or...)
2. next challenges is about stability of this model in OP? about R directory and it's value, is that very affective on convergence and stability?
I'm using TVD scheme for calculation of e and k and R but it suddenly crashes !
