EmaManu is on a distinguished road
Hi guys,
I'm using OpenFOAM for simulating boats... Sinkage, Trim and resistance in calm water I'm ok, but now I would like to add regular head waves, so I'm studing the DTCHullWave tutorial of OF6, but there's a thing that is not clear to me, that I would like to ask you: in the U file the line:

" scale table ((4 1) (12 0))"

inlet
{
type waveVelocity;
origin (0 0 0.244);
direction (-1 0 0);
speed $Umean;
waves
(
Stokes2
{
length 3;
amplitude 0.04;
phase 0;
angle 0;
}
);
scale table ((4 1) (12 0));
}

Thanks in advance for the help!
