Hallo, all
I have tried mixer2D using icoDyMFoam, and it already worked well for me.
Now, I am doing my own case, and I was wondering about the "patch insideSlider" and "patch outsideSlide" two items in blockMeshDict:
1, Should the interface between the stativ and moving parts be of thickness or not?
2, if no, should I double the vertices at each position on the interface, and set half to insideSlider and the other half to outsideSlider?
3, if yes, is there any suggestions for the thickness?
4, And, is there any suggestion about setting up the geometry by Gambit, with least manuel editing effort after conversion. What kind of attribute is better for the interface?
Thx alot in advance!
