Hi Foamers,

I have a Doubt, i an unable to get Y+ for prism model in sonicTurbFoam i have also tried to download and put Make and checkYPlusCompressible.c file in wall directory.under utalities.Still it is not working

the error i am getting is :
Command not found

Can any one help me in this regard

Hi actually i found the problem, i have OpenFOAM 1.5
and i have to use yPlusRAS command but now i am facing other problem
i m not having Transportproperties Directory for Prism case in sonicTurbfoam can any one sand it to me

i also want to know how can i know what is the density of air and value of mue taken for calculations.

please halp me in this regard

Hi Fomerss,

now i am having some other problem while running the prism case for U = mach 3.and model as RNGkepsilon i am getting following wrror:

This message means, that your thermophysical model has failed while calculating temperature from enthalpy

review your boundary conditions and decrease time step (to meet requirement Co < 0.5)

this may look a begineers question but....
i have a problem here,
can anyone please tell me
1)how to calculate shock angle
2)and how to plot grad p over a wall
3)How to calculate wall shear stress

Please help me....

perhaps you can describe your solution of the problem with the transportPropertiesDictionary. I have the same problem with rhoTurbFoam!
