Hello!

I am looking for a possibility to solve the 2D SWE with OpenFOAM as described at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shallow...servative_form

In the thread http://www.cfd-online.com/OpenFOAM_D...es/1/1324.html Liu mentions to have solved the SWE using a PISO algorithm. Do you have any references where it is described in more detail?

I can't figure out how to modify the PISO scheme for the SWE, because \eta enters the equations quadratically in contrast to p in the Navier-Stokes equations.

Your help is greatly appreciated.
