Is there any publication/documentation available on the results obtained by OpenFOAM on the throttle tutorial case of lesCavitatingFoam ?

The throttle3D test case with lesCavitation blows up with the given setup.

If I observe the log file. Things are well till the flow is non-cavitating.
The pressure range for gamma = 0 is 3e7 to 2.8e5
The next iteration when gamma > 0 the pressure range is +3e7 to -1.5e5

Can someone help me with it please ?

Same thing with the case throttle which is "2d"

At time = 9.7e5, gamma = 5.41e-5
and pressure range is +3e7 - -7.7e4
