How to incorporate Arrhenius Equation

Hi,
I have to add the source terms for a combustion model. Can anyone throw some light on , how to use arrhenius equation

Arrhenius-reactions (and other reaction rates) are already implemented in OpenFOAM in the classes related to the ChemistrySolver. An example for the use of these would be the reactingFoam-solver (no tutorials that I know of) or the dieselFoam-solver (there are tutorials, but also a lot of other stuff that you propably don't need). Have a look at those

Hi..

is there any way to implement reactions other than chemkin format...
also i have seen the reactingfoam and dieselfoam solver, but still its not clear how to use arrhenius reaction rate constants

Hi Arun!

There is a "hidden" option in thermophysiclaProperties:
chemistryReader foamChemistryReader;
switches to OFs own format (the chemkinToFoam-utility converts Chemkin-files to that format)
