Hi All,

I would like to know if someone experienced problems with checkMesh after doing renumberMesh -overwrite?. checkMesh returned negative volume cells and it seems that renumberMesh is messing up the connectivity.
I would appreciate your help.

Cheers,
Andrei

Hi,

after I saw this post I always did a checkMesh before and after renumbering for a while now.
I cannot confirm your finding.
What I noticed is that renumberMesh sometime give issues with very small meshes. But as it does not break anything it never hurt me.
