Does OpenFOAM capable of doing multiphysics (simulation with coupled equation, i.e.: Navier-Stokes + convection-diffusion, Navier-Stokes + convection-diffusion + advection-diffusion)? If it does, how to do it?

You just have to write your own top-level solver by combining the applications delivered to OF.
