For a given field, can anyone
 
For a given field, can anyone tell me how to calculate u+?

u+=U/u_tau
u_tau=sqrt(tau_w/rho)
tau_w=mu*(∂u/∂y)|y=0

Am I in the right way?

is computed u_tau y /nu, so you can modify it to extract u+.
