I came to know that (through one of the threads), values can be initially patched using setFields file. I have done that correctly for few problems. Now the problem is that, i did everything same, for what i did for the other problems, but the initial conditions is not being initialised properly. Can anyone throw some light on this. I used to to change the box size in the setFieldsDict file...
