Good Morning!
Do you know what is the parameter which affects directly to the heat transference between a solid (for example T=400K) and a liquid (T=300K)?? I'm using the solver buoyantBoussinesqSimpleFoam. The model is defined right and the simulation works. The problem is that I don't see any heat transfer between the 2 elements, and obviously it should appear easily. I think it should be some of the properties of my liquid, but I don't know which one exactly. I have tested many things, changing every parameter which for me could have some relation with these problem (alphat, k, Pr, etc) I guess it is not a difficult question at all, but I don't achieve it. I can post you any file you need. Thank you!! |

Hi,
What do you mean that there is no heat transfer between each other? Considering your case is about solid-liquid multi-region, it might be better to use chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam. https://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/G..._-_planeWall2D |
