From function Time::findInstance(const word& dir, const word& name)
in file db/Time/findInstance.C at line 133.

FOAM exiting

I'm trying to run the example cavity on turbFoam

Check that you issued 'blockMe
 
Check that you issued 'blockMesh' before - creates mesh from the constant/polyMesh/blockMeshDict
