--> FOAM FATAL ERROR : Unknown faceTetPolyPatchCellDecomp type cyclic

Valid faceTetPolyPatchCellDecomp types are :

6
(
symmetryPlane
empty
processor
wall
wedge
patch
)

Why cyclics are not supported?

Because I did not implement cyclicity for finite elements.

In order to do it cleanly, this requires the use of Lagrange multipliers, which are not provided in the current version of linear algebra support in OpenFOAM. Do you really want the FEM stuff to be cyclic or is it something else you are trying to achieve?

I want to move an unlayered mesh (from an engine) containing cyclics with the the FEM-motionSolver.
