Hi All, I am new to OF so bear with some of my silly questions.

How do I input dimensionless quantities in the code For e.g. Prandtl number. The one for dimensioned quantities is

dimensionedScalar nu
(
transportProperties.lookup("nu")
);

Well, a dimensionless number is just a dimensioned one with dimension set [0 0 0 0 0 0 0]. This would be particularly appropriate if you want to manipulate the Prandtl number in conjunction with other dimensioned quantities. Otherwise, you need to use the function readScalar, IIRC.
