metro is on a distinguished road
Hey all,

I am currently trying to simulate fluid flow in pipework (annular flow). One of the issues I am having is that I am trying to set up the BC so that it resembles an infinitely long pipe. The issue I am having is that the initial BC (using groovy BC) is applied at the inlet but it acts as if it is like a nozzle (trying to simulate annular flow).

How do I apply the BC so that initial BC is applied using groovyBC but then the code will take the outlet patch conditions at the end of the time step and then apply is at the inlet patch for the next time step? I hope this makes sense...

Any help will be appreciated
