Hello,
I am new to CFD and I am toying around with the tutorial examples provided by OpenFoam.
I am experiencing this problem with engineFoam.
I generate the mesh (mesh-generation ---> blockmesh), then I try visualizing it with parafoam using:

paraFoam /home/lorenzo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.3/tutorials/engineFoam kivaTest

but then paraFoam crashes with the output:

--> FOAM FATAL ERROR : Cannot find file "points" in directory "constant/polyMesh"

From function Time::findInstance(const word& dir, const word& name)
in file db/Time/findInstance.C at line 133.

FOAM exiting

Why is "points" not created? I did not have this problem when trying the icoFoam case following the pdf guide. Any suggestions?
Furthermore, is there anything like a collection of OpenFoam codes? For instance, in my case I need to model the flow coming from the mixing of the air out of two pipes (same axis, one injecting air inside the other), but I am finding it hard set it up correctly (starting from the mesh generation)
Many thanks

Lorenzo
