Hello Everyone,

I am just starting my PhD at La Trobe University in Australia. For my honours project I was using a commercial FEM solver package to model a local-scale dynamics in the Earth's Thermosphere (the model was of a 'small' region of the thermosphere). We are interested in the interation of ionospheric flows and the neutral atmosphere, more specifically the exchange of momentum and creation of heat between the two. Thus, we ignore the elecrodynamics. Our goal is to use a supercomputer for the modelling. Is it possible to do this with openFOAM?

Thanks,

Shaun
