Hi. I changed boundary condition as you suggested. My simulation still
blows up. The Courant numbers always start with small like shown below,

Mean and max Courant Numbers = 1.06693e-14 5.67538e-14

These numbers diverges to infinity later in time. I tried using
several different time steps but still have same behavior. Does
wrong boundary condition cause this symptom? or is it caused by
something else.. like maybe using wrong scheme?
