Hi there,

I used the following scripts (which was originally obtained from Eugene de Villiers but was modified a bit) running parrellel jobs on on AMD 64bit, Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (Taroon Update 2)system with success. Someone might be interested.

qsub -l nodes=2:ppn=2 -l walltime=03:50:00 codef_script

## the "codef_script" is,

# Set number of processors per node
# procs_per_node=2

# make 4 proc node file

NUMPROCS=$(wc -l $PBS_NODEFILE | awk '{printf $1}')

## Create machinefile
cat $PBS_NODEFILE | awk '{ printf "%s\n",$1 }' > $MACHINE

# `which decomposePar` $ROOTDIR $CASENAME
# start application
`which lamboot` -v $MACHINE

# `which mpirun` -np $NUMPROCS `which icoFoam` $ROOTDIR $CASENAME -parallel > $CASEDIR/log
`which mpirun` -np $NUMPROCS `which channelOodles` $ROOTDIR $CASENAME -parallel</dev/null> $CASEDIR/log

# `which lamhalt` -d
`which lamwipe` -v $MACHINE
