How can I apply a flux outlet?

How can I apply a flux outlet?

I have the following problem:

In my case the velocity vectors will not be normal to the outlet and the pressure is not known at the outlet. Only the massflux is known.

I read in the user guide about the fluxCorrectedVelociy boundary type, but I'm not sure how the syntax is to use it. Is there an tutorial, which uses the fluxCorrectedVelociy boundary? If not can anyone tell, if the following would work:
at the outlet:
p-file:

outlet
{
type zeroGradient
}

u-file:

outlet
{
type fluxCorrectedVelocity;
value (-3) //here I'm not sure if it is enough to give a scalar (the massflux or volumeflux?).
}

fluxCorrectedVelocity should b

fluxCorrectedVelocity should be used in conjuction with a fixed-pressure outlet. Currently there is not a mass-flux inlet or outlet condition although you could implement one. Some details of this have already been discussed here.
