I would like to include nitrogen and argon in FOAM using the NSRDS-functions. But how can I obtain the data for theses fluids?

Either you get them from a book,
for which one have a look in a .H file in the
foam2.2/src/thermophysicalModels/thermophysicalFunctions/NSRDSfunctions,
or if you can wait until I get back from vacation, I can add them
for you.
