Default Problem using turbulentHeatFluxTemperature BC

Hello all!

I am using turbulentHeatFluxTemperature BC with buoyantPimpleFoam solver. The solver runs without any error. However, the temperature in the entire CV remains same as the initial temperature, indicating that there is some error with the BC application. Attached is the T file for your reference.
