Dear Foamers,

Is there anybody using the Cross-WLF viscosity model in OpenFOAM? I want to investigate the polymer melt flow behavier in injection molding process. The Cross-WLF viscosity model can be described as follows:

I have added this model to OF-1.5-dev. When running interHeatFoam (adding T.Eqn to interFoam) solver with
the Cross-WLF viscosity model, the courant number increased enormously after a few steps. Then the calculation stopped.

Any advice from anyone will be appreciated.

Kind regards,
Jitao

I am also struggling with the interHeaFoam, but not the Cross-WLF viscosity model. It is a difficult time.

Good luck to you.
