FSI Simulations in OpenFoam

Hi,

I'm new to openfoam, and have installed ver 1.6 recently. I ran quite a few tutorials, and have played a bit with the geometry, boundary conditions to tailor my own cases.
Now I'm looking for a solver capable of handling FSI problems in OpenFoam.
Is there some tutorial which I can follow in order to learn FSI capabilites in Openfoam 1.6 ?

Thanks.

Hi,

There is the icoStructFoam solvers available on the web (I think it runs on OF1.6).
Otherwise, there is icoFsiFoam - it contains a lot of nice features including automatic mesh motion. To my knowledge this solver runs best on the developer version (e.g. OF-dev-1.5) ... at least that's what I'm using. Might want to check this one out.

Best,
Wolfgang
