Hello there:

I am trying to use reactingFoam to simulate NG injection / ignition / combustion in a combustion chamber. When it injects (even at low velocity), the expansion causes temperature to go below the lower JANAF range (which is 200 K).

I tried to trick reactingFoam by changing the JANAF temperautre bounds (in constant/thermo.properties) to 0K to 50000K, but it looks like some kind of downward spirl, and the solver would eventually reach temepratures beyond the bounds.

Is there a way to use something other than the JANAF tables given here?

Thanks, Bart.
