Hi,

I need to perform simulation of heated airfoil/wing. So for e.g., the temperature at the airfoil top will be at 80deg while the bottom is 30deg.

I read in a paper which uses rhoSimpleFoam, which is a steady compressible solver.

In this case, there's heat transfer + density change to the heated air.

So must I use a compressible solver e.g. rhoPimpleFoam for this type of simulation?

Can I use an incompressible solver? I have been using pimpleFoam so I am more experienced with it.

Thanks!
