Working with forces in pisoFoam

A few days ago I downloaded the new 1.7.0 ubuntu package from the download page and am new at this stuff.

I recently tried to run a case in pisoFoam with the modifications to the controlDict to calculate the forces on an object.

But the solver just outputs some strange error which I don't understand.

Starting time loop

--> FOAM FATAL ERROR:
Unknown function type forces

Table of functionObjects is empty

From function function object::New(const word& name, const Time&, const dictionary&)
in file db/functionObjects/functionObject/functionObject.C at line 73.

FOAM exiting

What does that mean? Am I going to have to compile OpenFoam from source?

Please help.

Edit: I solve the issue. My controlDict had incorrect syntex.
I'm not sure how to delete this thread.
