I got the following error message while running pisoFOAM for external flow. What are the possible ways to handle this issue?

Thanks,

Time = 0.0018

Courant Number mean: 0.0371583 max: 1360.14

First, try with the smaller value for the timeStep.
Your max. courant number is high.
if the problem still exists, try with a refined mesh.

another few things to try:
(a) double/triple/quatro check your BC settings.
(b) think about your initial conditions. do you start from zero or some converged solution
(c) have a look where is your Co so high.

good luck
