Time varying parabolic velocity

Hello FOAMer friends. This is my first post, I'm new at this forum and also new in the use of OpenFoam. I'm working on my mechanical engineering thesis and I have to simulate a pulsatile blood flow in a vain. In order to do that I need to set a parabolic velocity inlet, but one in which the maximum value fluctuates in time. I did implement a parabolic inlet and a timeVaryingUniformFixedValue, but I haven't been able to mix the two boundary conditions, actually I don't know how to do so.
Any help will be appreciated, I've been stuck in this for a couple weeks now and I'm quite lost.
