Dear OFoamers,
I would like to ask is anybody know which kind les model is implemented to use with interFoam (VOF method) is there a literature to search? I read the PhD Thesis of Henry Rusche but is more focused to two-fluid model and k-epsilon model, also read the Eugene PhD Thesis more one time this is focused in LES model in one-fluid flow. Someone know is there more literature available about wich model of LES is implemented in OF to use with interFoam model? Thanks in advance, I will waiting to your help!!!
