MRFInterFoam

I have a co-axial helicopter rotor design, I'm interested in the induced flow or the rotors. Using MRFInterFoam, as a test I have a single rotor in an atmosphere patch. I have changed the density of the phase to liquid to match the phase 1. The atmosphere patch is a cylinder which the rotor inside of the cylinder. The pressure of the rotor always matches the atmosphere, also no flow is induced. I've run my sets and zones utilities, but still having problems. What can I do to define the rotor so to show its static pressure? Thanks.
