Structural Topology Optimization

Hi OpenFOAM folks,
I am looking for an open source way for topology optimization. As we have good experience with OpenFOAM for other tasks, I would prefer this. Do you see a possibility to optimize a solid body under external pressure with OpenFOAM? Maybe someone knows other interesting open source packages. Thank you for your inputs.
