Limit in Grid size in FLUENT and appending case files

Hi Guys,

I need to build a large scale CFD model for which I already built several .msh files using GAMBIT. But when I tried for reading those .msh files in FLUENT by appending them one by one, it could not be through. For your info, the total grid size in my model is ~ 60 millions, which is quite large. (.msh refers to the mesh files exported from GAMBIT).

Does any has any idea that what could be the issue here? Does FLUENT have any grid limit? Or is there any other way to read those many multiple .msh files?

Thanks in advance.
