unexpected velocity drop at the inlet of T-junction

hello everyone
I am trying to model two phase flow in micro channel T-junction and I expect to see droplets but I encounter a problem, the velocity was set for the inlet is not conserved during the run. I attached files and also Tecplot photo of the results. We will be happy if you could help me in this regards.
openfoam version 220.
all files are attached.
