boundary layer, how to do it?

Hi there,

I was trying to set a turbulent boundary layer in OpenFoam.

The solver I am focused on is SIMPLEFOAM and the case observe is the pitzdaily. I want to set the boundary layer profile at the inlet and the let the solver solve the flow field in the computational field. The problem I have is about the Boundary condition and for the pressure p and for the Velocity U (i don't want to set a condition for the pressure, it must be computed by equations)...how is it possible to do it?

Obviously I have the library which allows me to insert a special profile at the inlet for the downstream direction...

thank you in advance to who will have the kindness and the patience to answer
